How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 2 days of order. How long it takes to receive your parcel will largely depend on where you live and the speed of the postal service chosen.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Australia is FREE for purchases over $150 or $15 otherwise
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. And purchases over $750 are sent FREE. Please note, customs and import duties are at your expense.
How do I know what ring size to order?

How can I pay for my order?
I accept many methods of payment: paypal, credit and debit cards and square payments.
What warranty does my purchase come with?
All goods come with a 12 month warranty as per Australian standards. I design and make all my jewellery with structural integrity in mind, however due to the soft nature of gold and silver wear and tear does happen over time with all jewellery. It is advised to have your jewellery professionally cleaned and checked every 12-18 months. Wear and tear is not covered by warranty, however I would be more than happy to repair or replace as necessary for a fair market price.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I strive for all my clients to be happy with their purchases, so if you are not happy with your piece of jewellery, I am happy to accept an exchange if it is within 7 days of receipt of purchase and it is returned in original condition and original packaging in good order. Please contact me prior to sending. I do not accept returns for change of mind.
If an item is custom made, I cannot accept a return or exchange. However, please get in touch with me if you are not 100% happy and I will endeavour to do all I can to fix the problem and make you happy.
How will my jewellery be packaged?
All my jewellery comes nicely packaged in either a solid jewellery gift box or linen style pouch, depending on the piece. Please see photos of my packaging below.
Can you gift wrap?
Of course, just ask.
Do you offer gift certificates?

What materials do you work with?
The metals I work with are gold (all types - yellow, rose, white, 9ct, 14ct, 18ct), sterling silver, palladium and platinum. I also can supply diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones and pearls.
I would like a piece of jewellery custom made. What's the process?
Firstly, get in touch either via the contact me page or email me at vjeweller@yahoo.com. If you are local (near Hatton Vale, QLD), we can organise to meet up to discuss what special piece you would like made. If not, we can converse via email and phone or even skype.
After discussing with you what you are after, I will draw up some designs to show you. Once you've selected one or two designs you like I will then work out a quote for you. If you are happy with the quote and design, you give me the go ahead to start and pay a 50% deposit. This deposit is non refundable if you change your mind as I buy the materials needed (gold, diamonds, gemstones) and get started on your project straight away. It may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to complete your piece, depending on the complexity of the piece and other external factors. Once your piece is complete, the balance is due and I will ship your special custom made piece to your door (or meet you if you are local).
I love a piece of jewellery in your shop but would like it with a different gemstone. Can you do this?
Absolutely. Just let me know what you are after and I will give you a quote.
